    TF Bank AB has today, 9 April 2026, formally changed its corporate name to Avarda Bank AB.     On 27 November 2025, TF Bank AB (publ) (“TF Bank”) issued Tier 2 bonds in an amount of SEK 150 million (the “Bonds”). Under the terms and conditions for the Bonds, TF Bank has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the Bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
